1. Principles
Our proxies are tools. Most uses are legitimate (testing, monitoring, research, price comparison, ad verification, protecting your privacy). You are responsible for how you use them. This policy applies to you and to anyone using your account, and it is part of our Terms of Service.
2. You must not use the Service to
- Break the law. Do nothing that is unlawful where you are, where the other party is, or in any country the traffic passes through. That includes export controls, sanctions, data-protection, consumer-protection and computer-misuse laws.
- Commit fraud or abuse accounts. No payment fraud or carding, no credential stuffing, account takeover or brute-forcing, no identity theft, no creating fake or stolen accounts, and no gaining access to accounts or systems that are not yours.
- Harm others. No phishing, spam or unsolicited bulk messages, malware, ransomware, command-and-control or botnet infrastructure, harassment, threats or stalking.
- Attack or overload systems. No denial-of-service activity, no scanning, probing or testing networks you do not own or have permission to test, and no attempts to disrupt the Service or other customers.
- Handle illegal material. Never use the Service to access, collect, store or distribute child sexual abuse material or any other illegal content. We report this to the authorities and close the account at once.
- Break automated-buying laws. Some countries make it a criminal offence to use software to buy tickets in excess of a limit, to bypass queue or purchase-limit systems for tickets, or to resell tickets in breach of the rules. You are solely responsible for knowing and obeying these rules wherever you buy.
- Infringe rights. No infringing others' copyright, trademarks or confidential information, and no collecting personal data without a lawful basis.
- Break the rules of the sites you use. You are responsible for the terms, limits and robots rules of every site and service you reach. If their rules clash with how you use our proxies, the risk, and any consequence, is yours.
3. Access and sharing
- Your account and proxy login are for you alone. Do not share, rent, lend or sell them.
- Do not resell or sub-license the Service, or offer it as a proxy service to others, unless we have agreed this in writing.
- Do not publish, catalogue or list the addresses we give you, and do not try to work out or reveal how our network is built.
- Do not try to get round plan limits, session limits, usage metering or the targeting options a plan does not include.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape or attack the dashboard or our systems.
4. Technical limits
To protect the network and meet the rules the network runs under, some traffic is blocked or limited. For example, outgoing email on the standard mail ports (25, 465 and 587) does not work through the residential network, so mail-sending software will not work. Receiving mail by IMAP or POP is fine. Other limits, such as the longest session a plan allows, are shown in the dashboard.
5. Reporting abuse
If you see abuse coming from an address that belongs to us, email [email protected] with the address, the date and time (with time zone) and what you saw. See Trust & Safety.
6. What we do if the rules are broken
We may investigate suspected breaches, and may take any action we think proportionate, without notice where the situation is serious. That can include:
- a warning;
- pausing deliveries or switching off proxies, including an immediate "kill" of access when someone is causing harm;
- suspending or closing the account, and keeping any remaining balance (data, time and store credit);
- reporting the matter to the police, regulators, our partners or the affected party, and giving them the information the law lets us give;
- refusing future orders from you, or from any account linked to you.
Where the breach was serious or repeated, no refund is due. Please remember that you are responsible for any losses, fines or claims that result from what you do with the Service.
